Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create a WiredNet account, we store the contacts, notes, tags, and calendar events you add yourself, plus basic account information (name, email, and your sign-in credentials). If you connect an optional integration, such as Google Contacts, we only import what that integration explicitly grants and only after you approve it — nothing is imported silently in the background.

How we use it

Your data is used to run the product you signed up for: mapping your network, scoring introductions, generating your Morning Brief, and answering questions you ask about your own contacts. Some of these features send the relevant contact details to an AI processing provider to generate a result (for example, drafting an introduction message or scoring a potential match). That provider processes the request and returns a result — it is not used to build a public profile of you, and it is not how we make money.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data, your contacts' data, or your usage data to anyone.
• We don't use your network's data to train AI models.
• We don't email your contacts on your behalf without you explicitly choosing to send something (for example, using the document-sharing feature and picking who to send it to).

Where your data lives

WiredNet runs on infrastructure we operate ourselves, not a third-party data-broker platform. Connections to the site are encrypted in transit (TLS). Two categories of subprocessor are involved in specific features: an AI processing provider (for the features described above) and an email-delivery provider (for transactional email like introductions you choose to send). Neither is granted any use of your data beyond fulfilling that specific request.

Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and everything in it — your contacts, notes, calendar events, and generated content — at any time. We don't yet have a self-service "delete my account" button in Settings; until we do, email admin@wirednet.io from your account's email address and we'll delete it.

Your choices

Any third-party integration (like Google Contacts) is opt-in and can be disconnected at any time. Turning it off stops future imports; it does not retroactively delete contacts already added to your network unless you remove them or delete your account.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that matters to how your data is handled, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active accounts by email.
